Deliciously Ella Talks Gut Health

We’re over the moon to be welcoming Ella Mills and the Deliciously Ella team for a very special day of plant-based feasting, kombucha making and gut health discovery.

After a breakfast nibble to start the day, we’ll hear from the folks at JARR, East London based microbrewery which boasts Europe’s first kombucha taproom. Under their expert guidance you’ll hear about the benefits of this ancient beverage and learn how to ferment your very own special brew to take home with you.

Ella will then be joined by leading gut health specialist and researcher, Dr Megan Rossi for a talk and Q&A session, in which she’ll be sharing her wisdom and revealing the path to a healthy gut.

After the workshops, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious gut-friendly lunch. We’re talking sharing bowls of pea and mint dip, mounds of red pepper and paprika spread, creamy beetroot hummus and tasty sauerkraut, all to be mopped up with crusty sourdough and some homemade crackers to boot. That’s before you’ve even started on the mains…
